Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated August 29, 2026. Momentscape is provided by Chang Studio. This policy explains the limited data involved when you use the app.
1. Data kept on your device
Momentscape stores playback preferences, favorites, the mix for each scene, language, timer and ambient-display settings, and a cached purchase status locally. The app does not provide accounts or cloud synchronization.
2. Offline media and network access
Scenes and sounds are included with the app and play offline. Momentscape does not send listening or viewing activity to Chang Studio. The platform store may use a network connection to load product information, process a purchase, or restore a previous purchase under its own privacy policy.
3. What we do not collect
Momentscape has no advertising, cross-app tracking, analytics SDK, social profile, account database, location collection, or user-content upload. Purchases and ratings are handled by the App Store or other platform store; Chang Studio does not receive your payment credentials.
4. Support, retention, and your choices
If you contact support, Chang Studio receives only the information you choose to send by email. Local preferences remain until you reset them where available, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Store transaction records remain subject to the store provider’s policy.
5. Security, children, and changes
Momentscape uses platform sandboxing where available and verifies protected media before playback. No system is perfectly secure. Momentscape is a general-audience art and ambience app and is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date.
