Momentscape is designed to work quietly and offline. These answers cover the few things that may need attention.
Scenes and sound
A scene or sound does not begin
Close and reopen the scene, then check that its sound sliders and the device volume are above zero. On iPhone or iPad, also check Silent Mode and the current audio route. If the problem continues, restart the app.
Can I reduce visual movement?
Yes. Open View and choose Still to keep the artwork on screen without motion, or Audio only to turn the display off while sound continues.
Does playback require the internet?
No. The included scenes and sounds play offline after the app is installed. A connection is needed only when the App Store processes or restores a purchase.
Momentscape Pro
A purchase did not unlock Pro
Open Settings, choose Unlock Momentscape Pro, then use Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same store account used for the original purchase.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Momentscape Pro is a single, non-consumable purchase. The App Store shows the local price before you confirm it.
